The "planner" application is reasonably good for project /planning/ 
(as opposed to management). It's far from perfect, but it's good 
enough that slightly hacked versions of planner's HTML export keep my 
manager happy.

It also apparently has the ability to work in a collaborative mode, 
with the project state stored in a database backend (rather than a 
local XML file), though I've never used it in this way.
