Hi Bernard,
I don't know if this will satisfy all of your requirements but you can code
up something with the kind of functionality you mention using DHTML and
Javascript. This isn't really the forum to get into details but pulling
images off a server in response to user events (like clicking an image)
is basic stuff and people have been doing it for years. If you want to give
me a shout off-list I can give you a bit more guidance on this.
There is also an open source project that attempts to replicate much of the
functionality in powerpoint using only standards compliant DHTML. This could
be embedded in an IFRAME and would allow you greater flexibility in how
you present the content, you wouldn't be restricted to making each slide
an image. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the project, anyone
else on the list recall?
