[ILUG] email to SMS

I found out that our company is signed up for clickatell. 
What I'm trying to do is get alert messages from our Dell DRAC cards to also SMS us. 
Unfortunetly there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the messages in OpenManage to put in the Clickatell info necessary to send the message. 
What I was thinking was put in place a script or rule that trigger a mail with the clickatell info in the body to send the SMS.  
I'm not sure how to go about that though. I'm using postfix as our mail server/gateway. I also use spamassasin and dansguardian through openprotect...so I'm not sure if there are possibly some rulesets there as well.
