Once again thank you all, I plan to write a how to on my blog once I'm
finished.

Ok the wireless is being recognised now( 87% strength), but it is not get an
connection, I get host is unreachable when I ping. I have to use  static IP
as itfI set up for dhcp Gnome wont load for some reason, I get gdm login but
Gnome doesn't load, also if I'm in a shell it just crash. .I read some where
to try iwpriv instead of iwconfig , so I'll have a look at that later.
