You might want to have a look at the Linksys / Sipura SPA-942. Nice 
little phone, plenty of people were on the look out for them on the 
asterisk list. I have no idea if anyone distributes in Ireland.

The 7960's support PoE, but I don't  think the 7960's are compatible 
with the IEEE PoE standard, so you probably need Cisco kit to power 
these. Nice if you have it though.
