*i am using a 256 kbps shared broadband line and using an ADSL router to
connect thru PPoE*
*i used an online tool  which gives me this reading the site to test is :
http://203.145.184.14/meter.php*

*The Output I got was as follows :*

which means you can download at 41.94 KB/sec. from our Network to your last
mile provision.
I* would like to know how does this tool test my connection bandwidth and
incase i plan to use a dedicated one to one 256kbps line *
*How sure i am that the total bandwidth is dedicated to me *

*I am planning to setup a portal with POstfix Apache and DNS all on my home
network please let me know how do i go about on finding out the right tool
to check a link whether its dedicated to me or its shared..
