 different versions it looks like (there seems to be additional
 analysis printed by the visualware site)?   more significantly,
 I am using a 56Kbaud straw, and both the visualware and OP's
 sites gave a plausible value (both of which match the observed
 value within a reasonable estimated margin of error).  however,
 the irishisptest site did not: the download result it gave was
 physically impossible.  every time I tried it.  but the upload
 speeds agreed (and are plausible), albeit I don't have sufficient
 observed data (since I mostly download) to confirm correctness.
