When I try this, I'm told
"Your download speed is 3.21Mbps. Upload speed is 300kbps."

But when I try dlsreports at 
<http://homepage.eircom.net/~leslie/testpage/testlrge.htm>
I'm told "Your throughput is 798080 bps".

I've noticed this huge discrepancy before.
Are they measuring different things?
