[ILUG] Ubuntu upgrade bombed

Write it off, dapper is nowhere near production ready. It has only gone 
feature freeze. Code is a long way away yet - and it still has to get 
the new gnome (~paddies day march).
Dapper drake will die and be replaced by 6.04 on 20th April if all goes 
well.
