[ILUG] OT: A university degree is required. Why?

it was a general comment, but it was pretty obvious who I was talking about. I 
don't think I've ever talked negatively about a co-worker in public since then.

personally, I thought it was a pretty funny mistake, which I have seen many 
other people make since then.
