Hi again,

Did you look under skype: [ Tools>Options ] if you have 2 "headset" 
options? 
If all is well you shaould have dsp0 and dsp1. (you need to select dsp1 
usually, the other is your internal soundcard)
Check also in your sound mixer if you have the option [File>Change 
Device] : you should see 2 'soundcards' here. Maybe your mic is muted on 
the USB phone.
