[ILUG] LUG meetings??

Depends what you're looking for.

ILUG has "pub of the day" meetings from time to time, which are announced on
this list and can be announced by anyone (AFAICT).

IFSO has meetings on the third Tuesday of each month - which focus on the
advocacy and political activity side of free software.

There was discussion a while ago of a PHP users' group, and I remember they
had some calendar website with a name like "meetup", so maybe they meet up
sometimes.

For just tutorials like what used to be in Trinity, I don't think there are
any right now.
