[ILUG] Locked M$ DB

MS-Access creates a .ldb file where you store the .mdb file, which is the
lock file. Perhaps you should check the existance of the .ldb file and
delete it before reopening the database. If the message is that you don't
have access to the db and the lock file exists, Access is interpreting that
someone else is using the database.
