It does sound wonderful alright. However, I'm trusting that the newly  
elected secretary, who as it happened proposed the motion, has a  
record. There certainly was an element of fudging, because there was  
no certainty as to what was technically and organisationally  
feasible, which was what Proinnsias referred to above.

It shall be high on the agenda for the first committee meeting, no  
doubt.
