[ILUG] Slashdot failure

Sometimes this happens when there's an unescaped ampersand in an story
title.  Maybe there are other similar causes.

My Slashdot feed is displaying fine, but my Newsforge and newsvac feeds are
currently failing to load.  Not sure why.
