Were those tests on true 64bit chips eg athlon64 or Xeon, or 32bit
chips with 64bit extensions eg sempron / p4 etc?
Because I know that my SuSE installer wrongly reports the sempron
64bit extensions as a 64bit machine and tries to get me to shove 64bit
linux onto it.
