I've not yet used rsync.net, but I know that our experience with 
JohnCompanies colocation for zen.org has been great.  Exceptionally high 
level of reliability, technical support is immediate, and response to 
problems of any sort has been excellent.  Since rsync.net is an 
off-shoot of the same company, I wouldn't feel any qualms about using 
them if I had the need.
