To reinforce other suggestions I have found joomla to be really easy to use
and maintain ( for non-techies).
Drupal though is pretty easy and is far more extensible due to its node
architecture i.e. each piece of content is a node which can exist in its own
right. This allows for far greater customisation and integration.
