I've never actually used that DVD jukebox specifically, but note that 
once you get to real SCSI devices, there is a standardised media 
changer command set that is part of the SCSI-3 spec (SMC/SMC-2/SMC-3) 
[1] and any modern media changer I've seen supports it, and linux, or 
at least the "mtx" command (zd variant, but that's the one you always 
get these days) in turn  supports sending those commands just fine.

You'd need to check with the manufacturer, but I'd say that it would be 
unlikely they'd use something other than the standard.
