[ILUG] alternatives to Komplett ?

Well order placed with dabs - and what do you know, they sent me the same
automated message asking to confirm my address. I tried to call them, but
it appears they offer no telephone service! That really is incredible.
There website says they are an "all internet" company - and to contact
them via online chat. But their "all internet" online chat doesn't
work on weekends. So the earliest I can contact them is Tuesday.
Not very impressed.

In comparison - I also tried Scan.co.uk - their prices are the same as
dabs. They don't appear to take orders from Ireland - at least their
online ordering system doesn't seem to allow it. So I emailed and
complained. Got a phone call back this morning from the general manager
to say they do welcome orders from Ireland, and are updating their
web site to make it more clear. Apparanlty you just need to put in a dummy
dublin postcode, and then call them. Yes, they have a call center!
Plus they work Saturdays to 4pm :)
Impressed.
