GGRRRrrr.... all i want to do is put my ldap logs into a seperate log
file and keep them out of /var/log/messages. Should be a simple matter
of putting something like
slapd.* -/var/log/slapd.log
into /etc/syslog.conf

When did syslog become syslog-ng,
and why does /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf tell me not to edit it, but
to edit syslog-ng.conf.in without telling me what I need to do to make
changes to that file come live in the actual syslog conf file.

I expect that I'm trying to do something thats "supposed" to be done
by some gui configurator or something. I see nothing in yast for it.
This used to be a nice distro to work with, not so sure anymore...

HELP!

Lisa.
