[ILUG] Kids content filters / usage monitoring...

I'm looking for a tool to monitor kids use of internet under linux.
There's a great proprietary product for windows environments called
cybersitter which blocks various sites such as porno, racists etc, and
archives chat transcripts and emails it to a pre-configured monitoring
email address.

Does such a system exist for linux? I don't care, proprietary or
opensource, would just like to monitor this way under linux.
