The vote is on Wednesday (25th), so any actions should be done tomorrow
morning. Doing something in the evening would be better than nothing, but
the difference would be approaching zero.

The important message to give the MEPs is "vote for the
FFII/EFF/EBLIDA/BEUC/FSFE amendments" or, using another name for the same
amendments, "vote for the amendments of the coaliation of librarians,
innovators and consumers". And it's also good to ask them to consider
rejecting the directive - this might happen.

Emails supporting these amendments are important because the MEPs like to
know that if they vote for these amendments, they will be representing some
of their constituency.

Here's a letter sent by IFSO:

And one sent by FSFE:

One paragraph emails may be best at this point - they can carry the message
without adding to the MEP's workload and without making the MEP feel
spammed.
