You could go with "MindTerm -- Java-based SSH for your Web Browser"

Look at http://www.astro.psu.edu/MindTerm/ssh.html have used it in the past to 
access a machine at home, when I did not want to install anything on a cafe 
machine or they have blocked port 22.
