You can already do this in GMail : put (for example) "after:2007/6/13
before:2007/6/28" into the search box.  To get Frank's original query, he
could use: "list:ilug before:2007/07/10" then use the "select all" procedure
I mentioned in the previous mail, then archive/delete.

http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=7190 shows more search
operators (although I notice that "list:" isn't there; not sure what else is
missing).
