It is not IBM anymore, the laptop and desktop branch has been sold of to
Lenovo, which actually is partially a good thing as that means more
shops sell them (before you had to go almost solely to business-alike
shops). I don't know of any local stores though (Only know where to get
them in Zurich, but that won't help you much ;)

In general, hold available a reasonable amount of money, go to
http://www.lenovo.com, take your pick, order and receive.

I have to note that the service is still GREAT. Battery for my x60 died,
but it was apparently a failure and thus they shipped me a new one,
ordered it last Friday late in the afternoon, and had is on Tuesday. Not
too bad for a free replacement, nicely 8 hours++ again :)
