[ILUG] Adding php to Apache

Hi,
Currently the entry is
LoadModule php4_module libexec/libphp4.so
I appended x-httpd-php .php .phtml to AddType application/
Restarted the apache server, but the result is the same. I cannot get to
display php pages.
