I brought down RBSI-FH and reconfigured RBSI-FH-CLON to be an exact replica of RBSI-FH

However, RBS-FH was already down. Booting up now.

It seems that visually impaired users won't be able to make much sense from this at al.

The home page shows code.  This is basically what I hear when using a screen reader.  For your information a screen reader is what visually impaired and / or blind people use to read a computers interface.  It speaks the highlighted or relevant part of the screen using synthesized speech or sometimes using Braille.  

It's always worth ensuring your site is accessible to users of screen readers as believe it or not, they make up quite a lot of web browsers out there. And, when something isn't accessible, there's nothing we enjoy more than complaining about it... J.

As an example, here is what I hear when arrowing up and down your site.  Each new line signifies a down key press.
