[ILUG] Blackberry, any changes in the last 2 years ?

And here lies the pain. If you don't have really good spam control on
your mail server that
manager is going to be getting mail all day and all night. The filters
for Vodafone are basic to say the least.
Vodafone allow you to configure access to mail on your server over imap
the down side being
you have to enter the user name and password for the mail box into a
Vodafone web page.
Vodafone then pull mail from that account and push it to the blackberry
keeping everything in sync.
If you go this route and the blackberry starts acting up in any way (it
will) Vodafone will tell you the
fault lies with your mail server and you will make many phone calls
before they put things right.
One last thing the way Vodafone fix any little problem that occurs is to
delete all the filters you had
set up on there site and you then have to enter them all again by hand!
