[ILUG] OT mobo repair/BIOS flash? Limerick or anywhere in ROfI

How did you flash it as a matter of interest.
There is a "safe area" at the start of the flash ROM
that either requires explicit program configuration to write over,
or even a hardware jumper.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning using a second
motherboard to boot using a good BIOS, replacing the flash ROM
with the bad one _while the system is still running_ and
flashing it. I would only try that though if 2 dead motherboards
is no worse to you than 1.
