Linphone uses SIP and does videophone on Linux & Windows. Dunno if it
works on Mac. Another more fiddly option is two copies of VLC running,
one for in and one for out..
Lots of Popular IM clients that do video on Windows or Linux seem to
only do voice & text on Mac.
SIP and MSN (Video, Sound, not text) are very awkward via Firewall. MSN
video/Voice seems to want to use a random large selection of inward
ports. I've only ever seen MSN voice /Video work without a firewall. MSN
Text chat works. Last time I looked Skype only did video on Windows XP,
not MAC or older Windows or Linux.
