[ILUG] Wipe the Hard disk

Hi All,

 I'm try using a Program called "wipe" to clean out my old hard disk
(40G). But seems take a very long time to do it, It took me 1 hour now
and not even look like will finish soon, maybe because it's my 1st
time using this program, but does usually take this long? what if I
want to clean out a 200G would that take me ages? any good suggestion
welcome! : )
