[ILUG] WebCamp on Social Networks tomorrow

The first 'WebCamp' event focusing on Social Networks will be held in  
DERI, NUI Galway tomorrow (http://useamap.com/deri/).

The event will feature a mix of general interest and technology talks  
around the topic of social networks, ranging from advertisements on  
social networks to better searching systems for social networking  
sites, and the talks will be followed up with round-table discussions  
on the future of social networks in the afternoon.

Speakers include Valdis Krebs, an expert on social network analysis  
who has worked on nearly 500 projects in this arena, and Mark Tarbatt  
from advertising company Generator who has carried out a number of  
successful campaigns for Bebo, the most used social networking service  
in Ireland.

The event is free and begins at 10 AM.
