DWF to PDF - Get a demo copy of PDF Factory  free of the 
web.www.fineprint.com  If you can print the DWF file in the normal 
manner you can print to PDF factory which just appears as a printer. 
Works with any software and you can create one document from multiple 
sources. If it works pay them for a license key via the web and it takes 
of the "trial software" text that it adds to every page. Windoze only 
I'm afraid! No Linux/Mac
