You are looking for something more than ClarkConnect (big, New or Old 
PC/Server depending on load/ applications) or OpenWRT (small box, few 
applications  due to typically  4M to 8M Flash ROM)?
Both of them seem excellent for ordinary Firewall, Routing, NAT and 
ability to have a few other related applications (Asterisk VOIP PABX on 
latest  ClarkConnect and transparent SIP proxy or Remote Access serial 
devices on OpenWRT). I've been installing Firewalls & Proxies since 1995 
for small business, colleges and schools but haven't done commercially 
for a few years now. Now it's mostly either my own network or Solutions 
Development for work that someone else sells & installs,
