A Linksys WRT543G has PCMCIA for expansion. OpenWRT works on it. Only  
300mA @  12V. Seems to work OK 9V to 15V DC.
You can change the 5 ethernet ports to more than  one WAN port or no WAN 
ports (configurable VLAN). 54G WiFi.
