[ILUG] Cross platform building.

Thanks everyone,

Hudson was suggested, but some other development teams had issues with it
locking our subversion repository, causing commits to fail from all
development teams.

We were also considering VMware, though we were hoping to get away with one
guest OS building everything.  Setting up two build machines doubles the
maintenance work.
