[ILUG] xen and freeing up RAM

As far as I know (well open to correction here) this is a flaw with
xen itself on RHEL based systems. What is happening is that xens
memory reclamation is a bit poor but you can easily reclaim the memory
by forcing the memory of domain-0, by doing this:
xm mem-set 0 <total-memory>
for <total-memory> whip out your calculator ;)
