The ones referring to email format ie. what data should be contained  
in an email.

Gmail / Google Apps does not include the sender's ip, which makes it  
the perfect avenue for abusive emails of all types

If I wanted to send threatening emails, scam emails, abusive emails to  
former employers etc., Gmail / Google Apps would be the platform of  
choice
