if you did that, then soon enough, it would be impossible for anyone 
with a DHCP'd IP address (everyone in Eircom, Digiweb, Perlico, etc) to 
send email, as it's virtually certain that someone in each DHCP pool has 
a compromised computer, and sooner or later, that IP will shift off to 
some other innocent person who will then be unable to send email because 
they will be branded a spammer.
