[ILUG] Live chat recommendations

Kayako (http://www.kayako.com/) includes a live chat client and has very 
reasonable pricing. Many chat solutions have problems with Safari - not 
sure if Kayako has (as we don't use that live chat facility) but worth 
checking cross browser compatibility before you go live.
