wrong with that disclaimer - It doesn't put any restrictions on the
"intended recipient", who, for a mail sent to this mailing list, would have
to mean anyone subscribed to the mailing list, or who decides to check the
archives.

My employor blocks all such webmail providers to anyone outside of IT, to
anyone who is not specificly authorised by the CEO/CFO.

Sure - ignoring people who filter out mails based on the presence of a
disclaimer, is a freedom that I have every intention of excercising.
