I suck at communication.. I didn't intend for people to understand my 
comment of "disclaimer on work mail? use webmail" as a MUST, but only 
a SHOULD[1]. (My claim of previous consensus is very suspect if read 
as MUST - perhaps why I didn't make it clear).  

1. In the RFC2119 sense.
