My opinion is that the way the Dell thing was done was a very bad idea; I
got the impression that we gave Dell some levers to tweak in the software
regarding the number and placement of the ads in the search results, and
they basically pushed all the controls up to 11. Has anyone gotten a Dell
recently; is this horrible software still included with them?
