I use `sux'. In short, it's a wrapper around `su' that lets you use
GUIs without hassle.

I found Xnest to be very slow, YMMV. If nesting is preferable to you
(so you can run an actual desktop as UserB), I'd recommend Xephyr.

Launch it with:
$ Xephyr :1 -extension GLX &
Login to UserB
$ su - UserB
run whatever desktop you like on the :1 display that Xephyr's now using
$ startkde
;)
