axim were always the best at internet webcams but have a look at dlink and
(maybe) linksys. I think they have webcams with pan and tilt features too.
You might also come across a few no-name cameras from the far east.
>From memory they often used activex addins to remotely control the cameras
so I'm not sure how linux friendly they would be though.
