[ILUG] Debian Install > Dell Vostro 200

My 2nd dell vostro.

Trying to Install Debial 4 r2

It' cannot pickup my DVD or Netcard.

What kernel args can I put in to help it install?
Already have irqpoll (all usb connectors)

which fixed the CDRom issue.

Still stuck with the network bit.
