Anyway, you shouldn't have any need of "denying all the others"

postfix, as every mta, accepts by default emails for the local users 
from everybody and for other domains only from his internal network

If you need to add an host or a subnet to the access list you can do it 
in many ways, one is the one you used, but no reasons to block 
explicitly the others in your file
