[ILUG] Communicating with Dell

I recently bought - or tried to buy - the cheap server
(150 euro + VAT + shipping) mentioned on this list,
but I'm having problems communicating with Dell.
They keep sending me email with an HTML attachment
where I have to fill in various bits of information.
Unfortunately my email reader (kmail)
does not seem to allow me to do this -
if I try to reply attachments are not included.
I replied to the first message by a rather convoluted route,
transferring the email to a Windows machine.
But surely there must be a simpler way of doing this?
Also, isn't this a rather curious way to ask for information?
There is a stern warning in the email
that it must be replied to as specified,
and that no other communication is allowed.
Incidentally, the reason for the emails (3 so far)
seems to be that I said I was a home user,
but gave a college address for delivery.
I don't understand why Dell cares if I am a home or business user?
Are home users treated better by Dell?
