[ILUG] Content management system

Could someone recommend a content management system for a website with 
public and private areas combined with facilities to share and manage 
documents? We are looking at setting up a website for an EU project, the 
complete list is quite long so something to get us most of the way there 
would be a good start.

• Search functions (contacts, expertise, documents, discussions, 
e-mails, etc.)

• Document management (incl. online document editing, bulk document upload)

• Security management, Shared application editing, Integrated e-mail, 
Discussion groups, Contact books, Researcher profiles, Alerts, Calendar.
